Nikki and Duane!

This session, was "meant to happen".. We went through so many small obstacles, and scheduling interferences and were finally able to put it all together at Red Rock Canyon the morning of me returning back home. Nikki was extremely excited about pictures, and dragged poor Duane along for the ride. Just kidding! He was actually a really good sport and I think he did a good with posing. It's tough for guys to take pictures, so I give him props! Duane is part of the Air Force so I'm sure he's used to being all professional and up for any challenge, even if it is picture sessions.  Nikki was incredibly up beat, willing to do whatever, and very talkative. I think her personality relaxed him and made for some good images.

They were really cute how they talked with one another, you could tell they really love each other, and genuinely care about their relationship. I hope these images showcase your personalities and natural love for one another. I know I only had about 30minutes if that, and I hope in those few minutes I was able to give you everything you wanted from the session! :)

Tehani and Tommy

Tehani and Tommy! I'm incredibly excited about these pictures. Tehani and Tommy were so fun to photograph. Their energy really showed through every image. Both of them are extremely photogenic and made my job a lot easier! Tommy was a barrel of laughs and I often found myself looking at him, and thinking he reminds me of my husband.  His constant joking and fun nature made our shoot very fun! He was very sweet and you could  tell he was truly in love with his wife, Tehani. They have been together for many years, and the day we took our photo's it was their sixth year of knowing one another. Very cool I must say! As our session progressed, Tommy was hand in hand with Tehani or sometimes with her bags. How can you not love a husband who is comfortable with his masculinity by carrying his wife's bags!?

Apart from bag holding, I also had my slave with me; and she carried all our bags at one point.. Just kidding, I don't have a slave. My lovely assistant of course, my sister. She was a trooper, thank you Morgan :)

Tehani and Tommy, I must say I enjoyed every minute of the time I got to spend with you. Thank you for posing for me and just being yourselves! Thank you for putting up with me and the sun. You both reminded me of friends I'd want to have and the friends I already have back home. I hope your love last forever and that you stay that much in love as you were in these photos. Thank you Tehani and Tommy for my great morning with you! 8am, eh.. not a bad thing at all when you have great clients like you guys. I may have started out my session with clients but I feel like I gained two friends.
