So this family is an extension now of my family... after my recent marriage to their son, Robbie. I took them out on the beach one afternoon so they could be my Guinea pigs of shooting a real family. I later learned it's harder to shoot a family you know than a family you don't. And when the willing aren't willing, it's kinda hard to position people. As usual boys will be men or, is that the other way around, and the girls will always be in front of the camera. Babies are always looking the other way, until you least expect them to and you have to be quick to get that one moment. I think I got some beautiful images of them when they were least expecting it.
