The Bishop Family

Yea!! I can't wait to show these pictures off. This family was introduced to me from a family friend and I'm so happy they inquired about doing a family shoot. Cheryl the mom is so nice, and sweet. I've truly never met anyone that is genuinely so nice. You hear about it, sure you may know people that say they are, but she defines the word. She's got a really nice gentle, caring way about her. And being a "Mom" totally fits her.

We had the shoot at their home to make sure the baby; Maggie would be comfortable and so we would get more of a lifestyle feel to our shoot and no so posed. I think we accomplished this quite nicely. It was also refreshing to have a male in our shoot (the dad) who actually wasn't afraid of the camera. He welcomed it, it was really easy nonetheless to capture this family in their element. I'm so glad I got to capture you guys while you did your normal routine with Maggie.

And what was also nice, they had just adopted a beautiful puppy named Molly so I got to play with her as well. And who doesn't like puppies?! The only thing that made this a crazy shoot was at the very end, literally walking away from the family a nice little black jacket stung me.. Ooooo is what I felt.. It was terrible, and I had a shoot right afterwards. So, needless to say it wasn't pleasant.. But it makes for some good memories, and I think the sting was worth it after I got to view the images.
